BAFTA Cymru Games Awards Winners 2015

The BAFTA Cymru Games Award winners of 2015 were announced at the Wales Games Development Show today, and we’re absolutely thrilled to share the news that Thud Media has won two BAFTA Cymru Games Award commendations! Boj Digs was the winner in the Gameplay Design category, and Toot’s Harbour won for Sound and Music.

We had a fantastic time creating both of these projects, and to have our hard work recognised by BAFTA Cymru, especially amongst such impressive candidates, makes us feel very proud. Huge congratulations again to all our fellow nominees and winners.

All in all, a busy and brilliant day was had at the Wales Games Development Show. We loved chatting to so many passionate, like-minded people and giving demos of our work, as well as sampling the other great games and projects on show. We were also treated to an illuminating talk (pun intended) from Katherine Bidwell about the process of creating BAFTA-winning puzzle adventure game, Lumino City.

We’re already looking forward to next year’s show and seeing how the Wales games scene develops over the next year.
